OPEN A LIVE TRADING ACCOUNT WITH CMS
Notice: Before you can begin trading on a live account, you must complete the following procedures!
- Complete the Online Trading Application .
- Fill out and sign the applicable pages.
- Fax/Mail/Email the above pages, and copies of two valid identification documents to us.
- Immediately notify CMS that you have sent the documents by emailing account@cmsfx.com .
NOTE: be sure to include the word "APPLICATION" in the email subject line
- Funds should be sent ONLY AFTER APPROVAL of your account by CMS.

What to Send Us
Fax/Mail/Email copy of two valid government issued photo identification documents (ie: passport and/or driver's license), and the pages specified in the below table, under the type of trader which applies to you.
NOTE: We have found that SCANNING in your Drivers License, and emailing the scanned copy is best.
If emailing account opening documents:
In order to avoid unnecessary delays, please be sure to include the word "APPLICATION" in the subject line.
Important Information About Procedures For Opening a New Account:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, CMS will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow CMS to identify you. CMS may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
